The themes were "the year of Dragon (Chinese zodiac)" and "Japanese New Year".
We Japanese traditionally send New Year postcards to say hello to our friends, colleagues, and relatives :) It's like Christmas cards, maybe!
Another design has been selected as one of finalists at the competition and will be sold as a real product later in this year..
