Business cards for NY.

I used illustrations which I made for the quotes book because they were shrank down in that work.

Hopefully they are printed in fine quality!

Quotes Book

Illustraion for the Quotes Book vol.6 of University College Falmouth.

It was a good challenge to combine line drawings and digital paints all together into one work, but I quite enjoyed making this illustration.

Book cover design for the original story "Mechanical Sleeping Beauty"

Book cover design : "Deepest Blue"

This cover design is based on a song "Deepest Blue"of Deepest Blue which is a music band based in the UK.
It was fun and a good challenge to design a book cover based on song title/lyric with my imagination.

Package Design

Package design for instant cup-soup targeting young children who do not like eating vegetables.
Bright colour with funny face of vegetable characters on the package would catch kids' attention when it is displayed in super markets.

Hey Daddy!

The concept works of my original story "Hey Daddy!".
This work was for Japanese children's book competition called "Be Ehon Taisho (Be 絵本大賞)",　and I was finally chosen as one of finalists.

The story is based on a daddy who is crazy about watching football, like my real father!
His son tries anything he can to remove his daddy in front of the TV, but...?

This story is currently on Macmillian Children's Book competition 2011 and once I get results I may upload actual artworks here or on my website.

Children's Book -Snipper-

Original children's book story "Snipper", which is about stationary-animals in an island (2010).
Snipper is a lonesome scissors-rabbit and snips everything with crying.
But one day, Cellotape-snail stops him and gives him a great idea to make a lot of friends.

Children's Book -In the Attic-

Artworks for children's book project when I was in the 2nd year.
The story is based on "In the Attic" which is a short story written by Hiawyn Oram.

The medium are colour pens and some masking tape.

Map of Glasgow for Tourists

Small useful map of Glasgow for tourists.

The size is the same as a business card so you can just pop this into your pocket, wallet, bag...etc.

The illustrations are redesign of Charles Rennie Mackintosh's works, and each place in the map historically relates to him.
